The survey not only revealed the best return on investment but also which improvement would bring in the most profit and which adds the most value to a property. Kitchen renovations came out as the most popular home improvement but they offer less value compared to lick of new paint. With home improvements often financed by loans/credit as a way to add value to a property, it’s important that consumers are aware what will deliver the best long-term return.
